The facilities of Trollwood Performing Arts School are available for wedding event rentals between the last weekend of September and the second weekend of May. You may hold a wedding ceremony, reception, dinner, and/or dance at the facility.
Included in a wedding event rental:
- 4 hours of rehearsal and/or decorating on day prior to wedding event, if desired and AS AVAILABLE with other scheduled campus activities
- 8 hours in the facility on the day of the wedding event, with a $50.00/hour charge for each additional hour.
One initial set up arrangement of tables and chairs. Staff is not available to change set up needs from ceremony to dinner to dance.
Re-sets are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Be aware that the Marcil Commons will accommodate up to 250 guests seated for dinner, but this requires seating in multiple rooms. Our largest room, the Scheels Living Room, will seat up to 168.
Renter must complete all clean up as stated in the Rental Event Information Packet. Failure to do so may result in an additional $250 charge.
Caterer must follow and complete Kitchen Use Checklist, also in the Information Packet. Failure to do so may result in an additional $250 charge incurred by the renter.
