2008 Totally Trollwood

A “totally” fun, “totally” positive, and “totally” musical theatre-based arts program.
Daily workshops will include Acting, Vocal Performance, and Dance/Movement, plus a wide variety of performance opportunities. Totally Trollwood gives the student a total picture of what it means to be “onstage and in the spotlight!”
Sessions in each of the three major performance areas will be lead by regional instructors/theatre professionals, under the direction of Rebecca Meyer-Larson, award-winning instructor and director of theatre at Moorhead High School. The staff will be assisted by advanced-level students of TPAS, serving as teen mentors to the Totally Trollwood students. Totally Trollwood will culminate in the presentation of an original musical revue which will be performed Friday & Saturday August 1 & 2 as preshow to the Mainstage Musical.
Important Notes
Open to students who have completed grades 6-8.
Registration Deadline: Monday, June 20, 2008. Registration remains open after this deadline; however, a $10 late fee will be assessed.

Orientation Day: Saturday, June 28, 9:00 am-12:00 pm at the Barn Stage, Trollwood Park, Fargo. Attendance required.
Instruction/Rehearsal Dates: July 14-August 2, Monday-Thursday + Performances
Location: Trollwood Park, Fargo
Time: 8:30 am-12:30 pm, Monday-Thursday
Performances: Family and Friends performance, 2:30 pm, July 31 on the Mainstage at Trollwood Park, Fargo. Evening Performances: August 1 & 2, as Pre-show to the Mainstage Musical, Trollwood Park, Fargo.
Transportation: Transportation service to and from Trollwood Park may be secured on a fee basis. Round trip or one-way service is available. Transportation service will NOT be offered on an “occasional use only” basis. Service and costs quoted are based upon a 4-student per trip minimum. Transportation services may be canceled or prices increased to cover costs if minimums are not met.
Totally Trollwood transportation will run during Totally Trollwood, Monday through Thursday from July 14-August 1. Transportation runs will take place before and after the Totally Trollwood daily session. Pick up/drop off sites will be at area schools; specific sites will be determined by locations of participating student riders.
Round Trip Cost: July 14-August 1, $110.00
One-Way Cost: July 9-26, $80.00
