Registration Form

Print out, complete and then drop off, mail, or fax in (credit card payment option only) the Registration Form with accompanying payment to register for a 2008 ArtSpark session. Session enrollments are limited; be sure to register early to be awarded your session choice.

Registration Deadline for ArtSpark June is Wednesday, May 28, ArtSpark West and ArtSpark East is Friday, June 20. Registration remains open after this deadline; however, a $10 late fee will be assessed.
