Standards-Based Performing Arts Curriculum

In an ongoing effort to provide all students at Trollwood Performing Arts School with the highest quality arts education possible, TPAS course content is firmly rooted in the North Dakota Performing Arts Standards and Benchmarks. Our curriculum is actively correlated with these content standards, which are statements of the subject-specific knowledge and skills that schools are expected to teach and students are expected to learn. TPAS relies on well-respected teachers and artists to use these standards to implement course content and activities that promote arts education in every student. Additionally, TPAS employs various means of assessment to monitor and evaluate student progress. Through a well-established and proven curriculum, TPAS can continue its tradition of excellence as a leader and model of K-12 arts education in the Midwest.
