Site Plan

Trollwood Performing Arts School’s New Home site is located off of 8th Street South (Highway 75) at 50th Avenue South in Moorhead, MN along the high (and dry!) side of the Red River of the North.

Phase One of the New Home Construction is now underway, and is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2009.

Components of Phase One include the following elements:

  • Outdoor Amphitheatre overlooking the forest and river that seats 2,500 (theatre) to 3,000 (music concerts)
  • Commons Building (Events Center, Classrooms, Offices, Conference Rooms, Kitchen, and Outdoor Patio)
  • Site Infrastructure (sewer, water, & electrical supply, geothermal wells)
  • Open-air Pavillions
  • Bridges over meandering ravines
  • Enchanted Forest, Oak Groves, Gardens, & much more!
  • Paved and Grass Parking Areas
