Good ‘N’ Plenty chronicles an idealistic, young Wintersville, OH teacher, who embarks on a bold experiement with his 1976 civics class: he plans to teach the constitution by having the class model the American judicial system through a mock druf war, using Good ‘N’ Plenty candies as the contraband of choice. The students play pushers, buyers, narcs, cops, lawyers and judges. The classroom exercise gets out of hand, however, and the game takes students, teachers, and administrators through a series of chaotic twists.
This unconventional comedy reflects the madness of high school and provides a unique look at our legal system.
